Rosie Sells is an associate in the Dispute Resolution team, focusing on contentious trusts and probate disputes.
Rosie has extensive experience of advising companies, trusts and individuals on a wide range of matters, with particular experience in large-scale multi-jurisdictional litigation. Rosie also has experience advising on commercial litigation and judicial review proceedings.
Rosie Sells is recommended in The Legal 500 UK 2024 and is described as a “standout associate”.
Rosie trained at Baker McKenzie, qualifying into their Dispute Resolution department in 2020 and joined Payne Hicks Beach in August 2022.
Rosie obtained a First Class bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of Bristol. She worked as a journalist, before completing the GDL and LPC (with distinction).
