Karin is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Department, specialising in commercial litigation.
Karin has a robust background in advising both corporate entities and private clients on complex and high value commercial disputes, often involving cross-border elements. Karin’s expertise encompasses a broad range of contentious issues, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, insolvency, shareholder disputes, civil fraud, and employment matters. Karin also provides litigation advice on non-contentious issues involving corporate transactions.
Fluent in Russian and Italian, Karin brings valuable international insight to her work. She trained and qualified at Fox Williams LLP and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. She completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University.
