Jamie is an Associate in the Corporate Team.
Jamie advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including the sale and purchase of companies and assets, company incorporation and structuring, shareholder arrangements and various forms of commercial agreement. Jamie originally qualified as a charity lawyer at a top-tier charity law firm, advising household name charities on a range of corporate, commercial, charity and governance related matters. Jamie qualified as a solicitor in September 2022, moving to Payne Hicks Beach in October 2023.
Jamie read law at the University of Exeter, before completing his LPC alongside a Masters (MSc) in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law.
