New fertility provision proposals for LGBTQ+ community and people living with HIV champion equality

In advance of Pride Month 2024, the Government recently announced transformative provisions to fertility laws. Sarah Williams and Evelyn CollinsSurrogacy, Adoption, Fertility and Modern Family Law specialist lawyers from the Payne Hicks Beach Family department, provide their expert view in their article for Today’s Family Lawyer.

These new significant changes will make for greater equality in fertility provision for LGBTQ+ people and those living with HIV and once implemented are expected to assist them on their journey to parenthood.
